I'm a horrible blogger, I know...


I'm trying to get a jumpstart on the new year by getting my healthy lifestyle back in action.

Instead of keeping up with 2 blogs, like I used to do, I'm just going to use this one. I won't be making daily posts of what I eat or the mistakes I make.

I realize not all my friends care about certain aspects of my life, like Scentsy and my weight loss. Ha!

I am in need of some motivation.
So, if anyone can suggest some good blogs I would much appreciate it.

New Opportunities

Most of you know I spent 6 years in the legal field.

Some of the years were fun, but most of the memories are full of stress.

I liked my job and enjoyed what I did.
It's people that give me a hard time.

I've been taking a break from the real world since late August.
It has been magnificent. Everyone has noticed the change in me.
Change for the better.

I finally realized that I need to live by the motto,
"work to live, not live to work."

The only problem is money.
And yes, I realize everyone has money problems.
Even the people you think have enough money, don't.
Money causes problems wether you do or don't have it.

Anyway, I took a $5.50 an hour paycut when I left my last job.
At first it was manageable.
Now, not so much.

I have a bad habit of spending money.
& have zero knowledge of how to save it.
{HELP ME!}

I've been selling Scentsy since May.
At first it was just a hobby to help pay for the Scentsy products that I already use.
But now I have decided I want to make it a better income opportunity.
Problem is, I'm not a pusher like most direct sales people.
My customers now were already Scentsy customers who knew and loved the products.
It's time for new customers.
& I know I'm going to have to get out of my comfort zone and make it happen.
I'm ready for the challenge!

Somewhere down the road I quit.

But, I'm back now!
